Flemming is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice in Berlin. He advises and represents national and international clients in commercial litigation proceedings.

Prior to joining White & Case as an Associate in 2025, he worked with the firm as a legal intern, focusing on legal project management and settlement processing.

During his legal clerkship, Flemming gained further experience in the Office of the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, in the field of insolvency and restructuring at an international law firm, and in White & Case's Dispute Resolution Team in Berlin, Melbourne and Sydney.
