Florian Ziegler practices in the area of Banking and Finance law, specializing in general corporate finance (e.g. leveraged acquisition finance and investment grade loans). In addition, he has a broad range of experience with real estate and ship financings as well as restructurings.
He advises banks and other financial institutions, private equity investors and corporates under German law in respect of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Before joining White & Case in 2015, he worked over six years in the Banking and Restructuring department of another international law firm in Frankfurt.
