Frances is an associate in White & Case's Commercial Litigation group based in London. She has a broad practice in complex cross-border commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Frances joined White & Case as a trainee, gaining experience in the Firm's Commercial Litigation, Employment, Compensation and Benefits, Private Equity, and Debt Finance groups in London. Frances also spent time on a client secondment to Blackstone Credit (formerly GSO Capital Partners).
Advising a Middle Eastern bank in relation to a portfolio of non-performing loans in excess of US$500 million and acting as coordinating counsel for its global enforcement strategy.
Representing Adler Group S.A. and its subsidiaries in their successful application to sanction an English Restructuring Plan under Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006, in relation to bond debt in excess of €3.2 billion.
