Francesco is an associate in the Milan office and practices in the areas of Private Equity, M&A, and Corporate Transactions.

Francesco advises Italian and international private equity sponsors, industrial clients and investment banks on a range of transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments and corporate reorganizations in a wide range of sectors.

Prior to joining White & Case Francesco practiced in a major international law firm in Milan in the Corporate and M&A department.
