Francis Brown is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
Francis is a member of our EMEA Private Equity team and focuses primarily on venture capital, private equity and TMT sector transactions.
Francis has also spent time on secondment at a leading venture capital fund and a leading credit-oriented alternative asset manager. He has also been seconded to our Singapore office, where he worked on M&A, capital market and bank finance transactions. Francis is also actively involved with the firm's pro bono work and mentorship programme.
