Franck has built up substantial experience and knowledge across the different domains of real estate law, in areas which are often highly specialized.
Franck frequently advises clients on development transactions and the transfer of different types of property assets. These include offices, hotels and resorts, shopping centers, industrial premises and residential properties. Frank has recently participated in the structuring and the implementation of several major French and European transactions involving the transfer and outsourcing of property assets.
He is regularly called upon to act for clients at different stages of property-related transactions. His experience extends to the acquisition of land and buildings, the development and construction of all types of real estate projects and the leasing and disposal of real estate assets

Advised Caisse des dépôts and CDC Investissement Immobilier in connection wih the sale of a real estate complex under construction in Issy-les-Moulineaux to CNP Assurances which undertakes to transfer its head office.
Advised GIC, a global long-term investor with well over US$100 billion in assets in over 40 countries worldwide, in connection with:
- the structuring of its investment in free market residential properties;
- its investment of up to 80 million euro into a fund FLI 2 which is structured as a regulated French investment vehicle (SPPICAV) managed by Caisse des Dépôts Habitat.

The project, designed by Ateliers 2/3/4/, offers immediate access to Austerlitz train station. The program will be delivered at the end of 2017 by the developer, Altarea Cogedim Entreprise. Located on Avenue Pierre Mendes France, the program boasts unique access to many transport networks while developing 14,500 sqm and 45 parking spaces, including 500 sqm of retail space on the ground floor.
