Overview

Franck Peter advises both French and international clients on all matters relating to construction and real estate law. His clients include construction companies, real estate developers, private and institutional investors, investment funds and corporate clients. Over a number of years, Franck has built up substantial experience and knowledge across the different domains of real estate law, in areas which are often highly specialized.

Franck frequently advises clients on development transactions and the transfer of different types of property assets. These include offices, hotels and resorts, shopping centers, industrial premises and residential properties. Frank has recently participated in the structuring and the implementation of several major French and European transactions involving the transfer and outsourcing of property assets.

He is regularly called upon to act for clients at different stages of property-related transactions. His experience extends to the acquisition of land and buildings, the development and construction of all types of real estate projects and the leasing and disposal of real estate assets.

Representation of SARIHV (subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts) in the sale of the site previously used for the Orange Centre National d'Etude des Télécommunications (CNET) in Issy-les-Moulineaux (100,000 sqm), to Altarea Cogedim which has been named developer/investor for the "Issy Coeur de Ville" city center project.

CDC acquisition of Austerlitz Project (2016)

Representation of Caisse des Dépôts (CDC) on its acquisition of the Austerlitz Project from AltaFund, the office investment fund managed by French REIT Altarea Cogedim. The project, designed by Ateliers 2/3/4/, offers immediate access to Austerlitz train station. The program will be delivered at the end of 2017 by the developer, Altarea Cogedim Entreprise. Located on Avenue Pierre Mendes France, the program boasts unique access to many transport networks while developing 14,500 sqm and 45 parking spaces, including 500 sqm of retail space on the ground floor.

STAM Europe acquisition of 21 real estate assets (2016)

Office building acquisition (2015)

Advising Crédit Agricole Assurances on the acquisition of an office building owned by Wereldhave.

Acquisition of Alliance Hotel Group (2015)

Representation of LFPI on the acquisition of Alliance Hotel Group from Lone Star. The group includes twelve 3 and 4 star hotelslocated in Greater Paris as well as key regional cities. With these additional 1,913 rooms, the LFPI Group is able to grow its hotel investment portfolio.
