Franziska advises private and public entities on all aspects of regulatory and public law. She focuses on public procurement and foreign trade, as well as regulations on critical technologies and infrastructure and associated digital and data protection rules, including for AI and Cloud services.

Prior to joining White & Case, Franziska gained experience in the fields of environmental, state aid and procurement law as a trainee lawyer/research assistant at the Federal Ministry for the Environment, in the legal practice of a Big 4 firm and in a major magic circle law firm in Berlin.
