Frederick is an associate in our Global M&A and Corporate practice, based in London.
Frederick advises a broad range of domestic and internation clients, including multinational listed and private corporations, financial sponsors, and private equity funds, on a variety of corporate and M&A and investment transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory.

Representation to CVC on its investment in FutureLife a.s., a pan-European provider of IVF and related genetics services, with a presence across eight European markets.
Representation to CVC's portfolio company FutureLife on its acquisition of the London based Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health (CRGH).
