Biography
George Taylor is an associate in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice based in London, focusing on Private Equity.
George has experience acting for private equity sponsors, corporates and founders on domestic and international acquisitions and disposals as well as advising private equity-backed portfolio companies on general corporate law throughout their investment cycle.
Whilst at a previous firm, George spent time on secondment to GHO Capital Partners LLP, a leading specialist healthcare investment advisor based in London.
