Biography
Georgina Draper is a counsel in the Firm's Capital Markets group in London, specialising in Structured Credit. Georgina represents financial institutions, funds, originators, asset managers and investors on various financial and capital markets transactions, including securitisations, warehouse facilities, asset-based lending, loan portfolio acquisitions (both performing and non-performing), restructurings and fund finance matters. Georgina has broad cross-border transactional experience across a diverse range of asset classes, including mortgage loans, auto leases, consumer loans, trade receivables, equipment lease receivables and CLOs, as well as experience of the related regulatory aspects.
