Proceeds will be used for capital expenditures, working capital and general corporate purposes. The Notes are guaranteed by certain subsidiaries incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam and Uruguay. The Notes are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Texhong is a Hong Kong-listed, Shanghai-headquartered yarn and fabrics manufacturer in the PRC with substantial operations in Vietnam and planned operations in Uruguay and Turkey.
