Grace is an associate in the Debt Finance practice and is based in the Firm's Los Angeles office. Grace's practice focuses primarily on the representation of major commercial banks, investment banks, private equity sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities and leveraged acquisition financings which are domestic and global in nature.
Grace earned her JD from UCLA School of Law, where she specialized in International and Comparative Law. During law school, Grace served as a Staff Member for the UCLA Law Review and the Chief Managing Editor for the UCLA Journal of International Law & Foreign Affairs.
