Grace is an associate in the Debt Finance practice and is based in the Firm's Los Angeles office. Grace's practice focuses primarily on the representation of major commercial banks, investment banks, private equity sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, and other debt financing transactions both domestic and global in nature.
