White & Case advises Lakeshore Recycling Systems on US$665 million credit facilities refinancing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised LRS Holdings, LLC (Lakeshore Recycling Systems), a portfolio company of Macquarie Asset Management and one of the nation's leading independent waste diversion, recycling and environmental solutions providers, with a new US$475 million term loan facility, US$190 million revolving credit facility and US$50 million letter of credit subfacility.

The White & Case team was led by partners Christoffer Adler (Los Angeles) and Justin Wagstaff (New York), and included associates Parm Rai and Grace Cannell (both in Los Angeles).
