Gregory Bischoping
Biography
Overview
Mr. Bischoping is a trial lawyer who has represented companies in all stages of civil litigation, internal and government investigations, regulatory inquiries, and appeals. Mr. Bischoping has significant experience working with government contractors, financial institutions, and technology and innovation-driven companies. He has managed all aspects of fast-paced discovery and has led the day-to-day responsibilities of investigations. He has also advised senior executives on how to adapt corporate policies and practices in response to evolving legal and regulatory landscapes.
Prior to joining the firm, Greg was an Associate in the Washington DC office of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, clerked for Judge Kent A. Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and clerked for Chief Judge Leonard P. Stark of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, now of the Federal Circuit.
Greg earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a member of the appellate litigation clinic and served as online managing editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He graduated with a B.S. in chemistry and history from Boston College, where he worked for three years as a researcher in a physical chemistry laboratory, which was focused on solving fundamental challenges common in inorganic semiconductors.
