In re 160 Royal Palm, LLC
Represent creditor with respect to several bankruptcy issues and his appeal to Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in effort to reverse Bankruptcy Court’s finding that secured creditor’s mortgage was the result of a constructively fraudulent transfer.

In re Oi S.A
Represented debtor in largest ever Latin American restructuring of over US$19 billion in debt; drafted motion to enforce foreign plan and reply in support of such motion, which led to a published decision granting the motion.

In re Claire's Inc.
Represented holders of US$160 million in second-lien notes and settled for a substantial recovery.

SLS Las Vegas
Represented hotel in its sale to third party that involved restructuring of US$1 billion in debt, including two tranches of EB-5 loans.

In re Poymanov
Represented Russian foreign representative in chapter 15 case in which team developed innovative strategy to successfully block US$1 billion lawsuit in New York.
