Grigor Chobanyan is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets Group in London.

Grigor's practice involves representing investment banks and companies on a range of cross-border capital markets transactions including SEC registered public offerings, Rule 144A/Reg S offerings and other public and private financings.

Prior to joining White & Case, Grigor worked at an international law firm in London, advising on corporate and project finance transactions. He holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and is a former Fulbright Scholar.
