Overview

Grzegorz Jukiel is a lawyer and economist with 15 years of experience in providing tax advice. He began his professional career in 1996 in the tax department of Ernst & Young, where he focused on providing transaction advice and advice in the area of national and international tax planning. As senior manager of the transactions planning section of the tax department, he led a broad range of projects for such clients as Mittal Steel, CC BEV, Advent, Enterprise Investors, Orkla Media, Axel Springer, Riverside, MCI, Hortex, CCHBC and many others. In 2007, he joined the tax team of White & Case, where he has advised such clients as Eureko (currently Achmea), PGNiG, Autostrada Małopolska, Auchan Polska, Magna, Commerzbank, Lotos Petrobaltic and many others. His wide experience also includes disputes with the tax authorities, including matters tried in administrative courts. In this area, Grzegorz's work has led to the issuance of a broad range of precedential decisions on behalf of his clients, including decisions based on European law. He is a tax advisor.
