Overview

Hana is an associate in our Capital Markets practice. Hana primarily works on structured finance and securitisation transactions. Her experience includes advising arrangers and issuers on securitisations, including collateralised loan obligations, consumer asset-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, trade receivables and esoteric asset classes such as commodities receivables, as well as on regulatory and other aspects of financing matters.

Representation of Trafigura, one of the world’s leading independent commodity trading and logistics companies, on Phase 2 of its commodities securitisation programme. The primary focus of Phase 2 was adding the US as an eligible asset jurisdiction, which necessitated significant changes to the existing structure. To our knowledge, this is the first securitisation of commodities inventories in the US
