Overview

Hannah is an Associate in the Firm's Project Development and Finance Group. She has acted for various international and domestic sponsors and financiers on complex project finance and corporate finance transactions, with a particular focus on the renewables and resources sectors. She also has experience acting for principals and contractors on Australian infrastructure and technology projects, including in respect of power purchase arrangements.
