Harriet Baldwin

Harriet is an associate in our Financial Services Regulatory team based in London. Harriet advises a range of clients (both regulated and non-regulated) on the legal and regulatory matters affecting their businesses and products. She has experience working with clients to understand their domestic and cross-border licencing requirements, as well as advising on ongoing regulatory compliance matters (including advice on the financial promotions marketing regime and compliance with the relevant provisions of the FCA handbook). Harriet often works on regulatory updates to client documentation and contracts, engagement with regulators, and regulatory aspects of complex corporate transactions in the financial services sector.

Harriet joined White & Case in 2019 and gained experience in the Firm's Debt Finance, Commercial Litigation and Energy, Project and Asset Finance practices prior to joining the Financial Services Regulatory team.
