Harsanth Sundara is an associate in the Commercial Litigation practice of White & Case in Paris.
Harsanth focuses on complex corporate and commercial disputes for French and foreign companies from all industry sectors. Notably, he assists clients before French commercial and civil and criminal courts and regulators (such as the AMF) on matters related to shareholders disputes, corporate governance issues, M&A litigations and in restructuring and insolvency litigation.
Before joining White & Case in 2022, Harsanth undertook several internships within major international and french law firms in Paris.
