Hassan Said is an associate of MHR & Partners in association with White & Case. He is a member of the Firm’s Capital markets Group and has experience advising clients from start to end on complex corporate, commercial and M&A transactions in multiple industries
Hassan is a current member of the board of Global Brands Group, one of the leading IT companies in Egypt. Prior to joining MHR & Partners in association with White & Case, Hassan worked for a top tier law firm in Cairo, Egypt.
Experience
Representative transactions include:
- Representation of Cairo House Egypt in connection with the negotiation and execution of an agreement with The Sovereign Fund of Egypt and Marriott International to convert a historic government building in downtown Cairo into an Autograph Collection Hotel.
- Representation of leading IT companies on a broad range of technology transactions.
- Representation of clients in conducting thorough due diligence and providing independent advice on a wide range of corporate transactions in various markets worldwide.
- Representation of clients on corporate governance, restructurings, commercial contracts and cross-border company setups.
