Helen Pantelides is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London and is a member of our fast growth practice.
Helen advises both emerging growth companies and investors (both institutional and strategic) on growth equity financings and M&A transactions, primarily in the technology and life sciences sectors.
Prior to joining White & Case, Helen was a senior associate in the fast growth practice of a leading international law firm, where she was located in both London and Cambridge, and spent time on secondment in Singapore and Ho Chi Minh.
Helen also spent six months on secondment at a FTSE 100 pharmaceutical company.
