Overview

Helen is an associate in White & Case's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group in the Houston office.

Helen has experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, joint ventures, cross-border transactions and general corporate matters across a broad range of industries, including upstream energy, renewable energy, and construction. Her practice also includes representing oil and gas conglomerates as well as financial and strategic investors involving the purchase and sale of energy assets, including equity investments and joint ventures.

Prior to joining White & Case, Helen was an associate in the Houston office of another leading global law firm.

Helen graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law where she was an Articles Editor of the Texas Law Review and Co-President of the Asian Law Student Association.
