Biography
Hend is an associate at White & Case's Project Development and Finance Group based in Riyadh. Hend's experience includes advising clients in relation to international energy, infrastructure and mining projects and advising on Saudi Arabian regulatory matters.
Hend speaks both English and Arabic with native fluency and is able to negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages.
Experience
Representative experience includes:
- Representation of NEOM Helios Green Hydrogen Project Company in connection with the financings of a greenfield hydrogen production facility powered by 5GW of renewable energy to be located in Saudi Arabia for the production and export of green hydrogen to global markets.
- Representation of Red Sea Aluminium Industries in connection with the development with a greenfield aluminium facility in the Kingdom.
- Representation of Saudi Arabian Oil Company in connection with the development of a facility located in Saudi Arabia for the production and export of blue ammonia to global markets.
- Representation of Saudi Arabian Oil Company in connection with the potential financing for Sadara Chemical Company by SIDF.
- Representation of Saudi Arabian Oil Company in connection with the development and maintenance of 2,852 units in an expansion to residential compounds.
- Representation of Al Borj International for Operation and Maintenance Company in relation to the restructuring of real estate assets in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
- Representation of the Underwriters in relation to the potential international offering and listing of the shares of Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co Ltd known as Solutions by STC on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
