Biography
Hendrik is an Associate in the M&A / Corporate practice group. Before joining White & Case, Hendrik worked for another law firm which specialized in advising institutional investors. There, he focused amongst other things on shareholder activism, corporate litigation, and corporate law. As member of the M&A/Corporate Practice, he advises on public transactions as well as on German corporate and capital markets law.
