Biography
Hendrik is an Associate in the M&A / Corporate practice group. Before joining White & Case, Hendrik worked for another law firm which specialized in advising institutional investors. There, he focused amongst other things on shareholder activism, corporate litigation, and corporate law. As member of the M&A/Corporate Practice, he advises on public transactions as well as on German corporate and capital markets law.
Experience
Advised Enpal on majority stake acquisition by Keppel, Equitix, Mizuho and MM Capital Partners in one of its energy systems portfolios.
Advising the management board of Deutsche Bank as business judgement counsel in various settlement decisions.
Advising on contentious shareholders' meetings and annual general meetings.
Handling various civil, commercial, corporate, capital markets and stock exchange law proceedings.
Representing clients in out-of-court civil, commercial and stock exchange law disputes.
Advised About You Holding SE on during its public takeover by Zalando for a consideration of € 1,1 billion.
Advised Nokera AG on the acquisition of R+S Group from Deutsche Beteiligungs AG and Hapsa BGM.*
