White & Case advises Enpal on majority stake acquisition by Keppel, Equitix, Mizuho and MM Capital Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Enpal B.V. (Enpal) on the sale of a majority stake in several subsidiaries to a consortium of international financial investors including Keppel Infrastructure Trust, Equitix, Mizuho and MM Capital Partners.
The sale is part of a financing transaction which will support Enpal's next phase of growth and will facilitate the expansion of its platform for decentralized energy solutions, particularly in its recently established Energy Tech and B2B Fulfillment business units.
Enpal will retain a strategic stake and continue to operate the portfolio.

White & Case previously advised Enpal on Keppel and Equitix's investment in one of its energy system portfolios in 2024.
