Overview

Henri Bousseau joined the Paris office of White & Case in January 2016 as an associate in the Real Estate Department. Before joining White & Case, he worked for two and a half years in the real estate department of an international high profile law firm.

He concentrates on both private and public real estate law, notably real estate sales transactions, transfer and acquisition of property assets, commercial leases, construction contracts, administrative authorizations and environmental law.

Henri Bousseau advises both French groups and foreign investors.

Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (2023)
Representation of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, a private infrastructure investment platform within Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM), on an exclusivity agreement to partner with Altice France to establish the first nationwide independent colocation provider in France through the acquisition of a 70 percent majority stake in UltraEdge, a newly established data center company.

Representation of the ORPEA Group on its accelerated safeguard plan, which was approved by the Nanterre Specialized Commercial Court on July 24, 2023.

Casino Group (2022)
Representation of Casino Group on the signing, together with Tikehau Capital and French public investment bank Bpifrance, of a put option agreement to sell their majority stake in GreenYellow, the energy subsidiary of Casino group, to Ardian Infrastructure for an enterprise value of €1.4 billion and an equity value of €1.1 billion.
