White & Case advises Mirova on investment in Solveo Energies

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Mirova, a global asset management company dedicated to sustainable investing and an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, on Solveo Energies’ strategic fundraising.

The investor roundtable was led by Mirova, which invested in equity alongside existing shareholders and acquired a stake in Solveo Energies through Mirova Energy Transition 6 (MET6), its sixth fund dedicated to energy transition infrastructure.

The financing will enable Solveo Energies, an independent French renewable energy producer and a major player in the renewables energy sector, to accelerate its energy transition development and implement its projects.
