Experience

Swedish Export Credit Corporation in connection with certain secured non-recourse loan facility agreements entered into with different Spanish entities within the Volvo Financial Services group.

Samsung in the acquisition of the Spanish company Zhilabs, S.L., a company engaged in the business of network analytics for telecoms.

Fidentiis Securities in the capital restructuring of the Spanish listed conglomerate Duro Felguera. This restructuring involves a rights issue of over 125 million euros together with a scheme of arrangement of the outstanding debt with over a dozen banks. The issue include a capital increase with rights to both institutional and retail investors as well as a rump private placement.

Sacyr, as issuer, on the offering of EUR44 million senior unsecured notes 4.50% interest maturing in 2024 listed in the Spanish Alternative Fixed-Income Market in a private placement issue.
