Hillary Roberts is an associate in the Firm's London office and focuses on private equity acquisitions, equity investments and restructurings. She has also advised on a broad range of corporate transactions, including domestic, cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. Prior to joining White & Case, Hillary worked at a leading law firm in New Zealand.
Hillary was seconded to Novator Partners LLP, a leading private equity firm based in London from January to March 2017. She was also seconded to a leading privately held investment company in New Zealand for three months in 2014.
