White & Case Advises Dream Games on Strategic Investment by CVC

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Dream Games, the developer and publisher of globally renowned mobile games Royal Match and Royal Kingdom, on a strategic investment from CVC.

The transaction initiates a strategic partnership with CVC, a leading global alternative asset management firm, as Dream Games' sole equity partner and will provide liquidity to its initial venture capital partners, who will exit after over five years. Funds managed by Blackstone and other investors will provide debt financing as part of the transaction.
