Overview

Hugo Chevillot is an associate in the Corporate / M&A department in Paris.

Fluent in French and English, Hugo is involved in corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (private equity and industrial M&A), corporate restructurings, and provides general advice to public companies.

Hugo advises both French and foreign listed and non-listed companies as well as investment funds.

Prior to joining White & Case, Hugo was an intern in several high-profile international law firms in Paris.
