Hui is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets group in London. She has experience in a broad range of capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on OTC derivatives, structured products and structured finance transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Hui worked in the London office of a leading global law firm, where her practice included advising investment banks, retail banks, end users and service providers in relation to derivatives, derivative-linked debt securities, repackagings and CLOs.
Advised the stock exchange, monetary agency and capital markets authority of a Middle Eastern sovereign State in their review and assessment of the State's entire OTC derivatives landscape, from documentation, regulatory and enforceability perspectives and helped in benchmarking the State against other notable jurisdictions and in light of its G20 commitments.
