Representation of the arrangers on a Term Loan B and a letter of credit facility for the refinancing of the 758 MW power project in Texas.

Representation of a leading petroleum solutions provider on an asset-based revolving credit facility in the initial aggregate amount of US$350 million and a term loan credit facility in the aggregate amount of US$46.7 million.
