Isabella is a legal trainee in the International Arbitration Department of the Madrid office.
She is currently assisting with investment treaty arbitration, for infrastructure funds and multinational corporations in proceedings in English or Spanish on energy related claims. As well as commercial arbitration proceedings, primarily under the ICSID Convention, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules or the ICC Rules.
In addition to ICC arbitrations and Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) proceedings on construction related claims.
