J. Dann Irving
Dann Irving is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Group in London. He advises clients on the project development and project finance aspects of energy and infrastructure projects, acting for sponsors, lenders and governments. Dann's experience includes advising on large scale, complex, cross-border projects across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Dann has previously spent time working in the firm’s Moscow office (2011) and Abu Dhabi office (2013-16).
Representation of the sponsors in connection with the design, build, finance and operation of an LNG import terminal and floating storage unit in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This transaction was recognised as "Middle East LNG Deal of the Year" by Project Finance International (2016).
