Jacob Bourgault is a corporate associate whose practice includes advising clients on securities transactions, corporate governance, financial restructurings, out-of-court workouts, and Chapter 11 bankruptcies.

Prior to joining White & Case, Jacob graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and was inducted into Order of the Coif.

During law school, he was Managing Editor for Minnesota Law Review, Student Director of the Bankruptcy Clinic, externed for a bankruptcy judge, and served as President of the professional student body. He also had six legal articles selected for publication.
