Advising a Middle East government on dispute relating to the construction of new international airport in the country, under FIDIC Yellow Book contract.

Advising an employer in construction arbitration regarding a major residential construction project in Poland under the ICC Rules of Arbitration (value in dispute approx.  €25 million).

Advising an international general contractor in construction arbitration against its subcontractor regarding a construction project in Poland under the ICC Rules of Arbitration (value in dispute approx. €20 million).

Representation of contractors in numerous disputes with GDDKiA relating to the construction of roads, bridges and motorways.

Advising a major Polish bank in court proceedings against GDDKiA concerning claims connected with a FIDIC contract (value in dispute approx. PLN 80 million).

Representing a recognized real estate investment fund in a dispute over a 40-fold increase in the perpetual usufruct fees related to one of the largest shopping malls in Poland.

Advising a CEE-based real estate investment fund in a court dispute with a US real estate fund over reimbursement of the costs of the fit-out works performed in an A-class office park in Poland (the dispute was successfully settled).

Advising a recognized real estate fund in court proceedings concerning the release of a mortgage on real property.

Advising a major Polish insurance company in litigation initiated by shareholders for the payment of compensation for so-called overdue dividends.

Advising a well-known foreign producer in the chemical industry in matters concerning EU Community designs.

Participating in work for a leading global private equity firm in connection with the acquisition of a major Polish convenience retailer from a global private equity firm.

Participating in work for a Polish bank in connection with the acquisition of the core business of a major Polish bank from a foreign investor.

Participating in work for a foreign private equity investment fund in connection with the acquisition of a Polish bank.
