Biography

Jalpit Amin is a partner in White & Case's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Jalpit advises domestic and international corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, carveouts and other complex corporate transactions, with extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional matters across a range of industries and transaction types.

He is consistently entrusted by clients to lead their most complicated transactions efficiently, navigating complex issues and providing pragmatic, solutions-oriented advice. Clients describe him as "a calm and even-keeled negotiator who can get deals done successfully even in the most stressful scenarios," while “striking the perfect balance” between pushing on key issues and identifying where compromise can help move a deal forward.
