James Wilkes is an associate in the Firm's global real estate industry group based in London.
James is a corporate lawyer and advises on real estate focused transactions, and has experience in a wide variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, minority / majority structured investments, group reorganizations and corporate governance matters.
Before joining White & Case, James was an associate in the Corporate M&A team of a leading UK law firm, where he also trained.
