White & Case advises UK retailer Fenwick on sale of London department store on world-renowned Bond Street

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised UK retailer Fenwick on the sale of one of its national department stores located on New Bond Street in central London.

White & Case partner James Dodsworth, who led the Firm's deal team, said: "This is a significant transaction for both the European real estate market and for our client. It is consistent with our team's objectives to assist our clients to navigate through their most complex and important real estate dependant transactions."

The property and neighbouring properties, have been hailed as "a landmark collection of buildings on the world-renowned Bond Street" by purchaser Lazari Investments. The completion of the transaction is expected early next year.
