Biography
Overview
Jan primarily advises corporate clients and financial investors on national and cross-border M&A transactions and corporate law matters. He also advises start-ups on venture capital financings.
Prior to joining the Firm as an Associate, Jan worked for another leading global law firm in its Frankfurt office and gained professional experience as a research assistant and legal trainee in the Firm's Frankfurt office. He studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg-University of Mainz.
