Biography
Jana Casar-Borota is an associate within the Nordic Private Equity team in our Global M&A Practice in Stockholm, having joined White & Case in 2026.
Prior to joining White & Case, Jana studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Uppsala University. She subsequently worked at another Swedish law firm, which she joined in 2023.
