Janaki is an Associate in the Firm’s global Capital Markets group in New York. She represents public and private companies and financial institutions on a range of domestic and cross-border capital markets and structured finance transactions, including Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, whole-business securitizations, receivable financings, and asset-backed financings.

Janaki received her law degree from UCLA School of Law, where she served as a Comments Editor for the UCLA Law Review. She worked as a legal extern at FINRA while in law school.
