Janaki Balachandran is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets Practice. She is an active member of the Firm's Asian Affinity Network.

Janaki received her JD from UCLA School of Law where she was a Comments Editor for the UCLA Law Review. While in law school, she worked as a legal extern at FINRA.
