Jason is a partner in the Firm's Real Estate Industry Group and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, based in the firm's Houston office.
Jason's practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of industrial, multi-family, office, and retail properties, joint venture formations, and financings for private equity clients. Jason regularly advises clients in all aspects of limited partnership and limited liability company formation and large single asset and portfolio acquisitions and financings. In addition, Jason has extensive experience representing private and institutional lenders in connection with financings and workouts.
Prior to joining White & Case, Jason was Of Counsel in the Atlanta office of another global law firm.
