Jayashree Mitra, Ph.D is an associate active in intellectual property, antitrust and commercial litigation as well as transactional matters. She has advised clients in the pharmaceutical and steel industry in litigations before federal courts and before the International Trade Commission. She has experience in complex litigations involving multinational clients, and discovery in foreign jurisdictions. Dr. Mitra also practices transactional matters including due diligence and technology agreements.
Prior to attending law school, Dr. Mitra engaged in research in neuropharmacology at Yale University. She also worked as a professional writer advising clients in the pharmaceutical industry concerning the messaging and positioning of drugs in the therapeutic marketplace.
Dr. Mitra's probono work focuses on criminal appeals, family law proceedings, as well as advising clients on intellectual property matters.
