Jennifer is counsel in the Firm's Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Group and focuses on the delivery of major projects, particularly in the power, infrastructure and mining sectors.
Jennifer has acted on some of the region's largest and most high profile projects.
Jennifer has a broad range of experience including in the areas of preparation and negotiation of supply arrangements, connection agreements, development and construction related agreements including engineering, procurement and construction contracts, equipment supply contracts, 'balance of plant' contracts, EPCM contracts, operations agreements, maintenance arrangements and other related project documents.
Horizon Power in relation to the development of the 110 MW Pilbara gas-fired power station, including preparation of the power purchase agreement, development agreement, connection agreement and other associated documentation.*
BHP Billiton in respect of various procurement and operational contracts for the Olympic Dam Project in South Australia.*
INPEX in relation to the long term maintenance arrangements for the Ichthys Project's FPSO, CPF and onshore power generation facilities and LNG trains.*
