Jennifer Iacono

Jennifer Iacono is a partner in the Firm's Real Estate Industry Group and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, based in the New York office.

Jennifer's practice focuses on the full spectrum of financing and restructuring transactions, as well as the acquisition and disposition of assets. Drawing on an expansive range of experience, Jennifer regularly advises a broad range of private equity funds, developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and public companies as well as investors in the acquisition, development and operation of commercial properties and derivative real estate products. Her experience includes transactions across a variety of asset classes, such as multifamily, industrial, retail and hospitality.

Jennifer was listed as a Rising Star for New York Real Estate by SuperLawyers from 2016-2019.

Prior to joining White & Case Jennifer was counsel in the real estate practice of a large international law firm.
