White & Case advises SMBC Group on Rowan's US$2.9 billion financing for turnkey hyperscale campus in high-growth Texas market

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), as left lead arranger, on the financing of Rowan Digital Infrastructure's US$2.9 billion of senior secured credit facilities to support the construction of a 300-megawatt turnkey data center campus in Temple, Texas. The transaction represents the largest financing in the company's history.

The White & Case team was led by partners Eric Klar (Miami) and Jennifer Iacono (New York), with support from associates Landon Oakes (Chicago), Julia Garcez and Anthony Norris (both in New York). Law clerks Gabrielle Sanchez (New York) and Gabrielle Foster (Chicago) also assisted on the matter.
